A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he holds additional certifications in International Taxation (DIT), Information Systems Audit (DISA), and Foreign Exchange & Treasury Management (FXTN), reflecting his diverse expertise and technical proficiency.

Over the course of his career, CA Amit Mittal has worked closely with several prestigious organizations, including Builder.ai, ICICI Bank, Nanz Group, and other leading business houses, providing strategic guidance on matters related to international taxation, transfer pricing, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, financial restructuring, cross-border compliance, strategic business advisory and Auditing and Assurance services.

His in-depth knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, along with extensive experience in banking, litigation support, and regulatory compliance, enables him to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
